RB Grant was started by Ronnie Grant with just £500 to buy a van and some tools

First electrician was hired, he eventually worked for the company for 42 years

Family Business

Ronnie Grant Jr joined the company to start his apprenticeship.

Apprentiships

Started our apprenticeship program, employed at least one apprentice every year since.

Expansion

RB Grant has grown to a company employing around 50 electricians and apprentices.

Apprentice awards

Over the year we have had a number of apprentices winning apprentice of the year for college and reaching the Scottish & UK finals

Retirement

After 45 years Ronnie Grant retired from the industry and passed over the company to Ronnie Jr.

Company awards

RB Grant were awarded the Fife Business award for Workforce for the Future. We were awarded the UK ministerial award reaching the final held in the Houses of Parliament
